- Comments: A very popular dry used fly throughout this province. Please excuse the ragged appearance of the fly pictured above since a couple of salmon chewed on this one pretty good last summer. A lot of our rivers flow over a light colored boulder bottom so the darkness of this bug provides good contrast for salmon to key in on. A killer on the Garia River and many others.
