- Comments: This is one of the origional "Ten Deadly Fly Patterns" from the initial 1979 edition of Spawner magazine and was conceived by Bill Dutot of Port-Aux-Basque,Newfoundland. It is used throughout the province and is usually tied and fished as a streamer fly (it's particularly popular on the Humber and Grand Codroy rivers).
