Ross Worthman of Heart's Delight - Islington, aged 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Nimshi and Violet Worthman and sister Doris Sheppard. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, wife Hazel of 44 years; two daughters: Cathy (Wayne) Salo, Thunder Bay, ON, and Connie (Floyd) Murphy, Prince Edward Island; and only son Chris (Lisa), Whiteway; grandchildren: Matthew, Marissa, Brandon and Sabrina. Also leaving to mourn sister, Helen (Stan) Legge; brother-in-law Warren Sheppard; father-in-law Newton Bishop. Also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Matthew's Church Hall, Islington, from 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, until time of funeral. The funeral service was held from St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Heart's Delight, on Friday, December 23, 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at St. Matthew's Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donation in his memory may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation NL or St. Matthew's Church Memorial Fund. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Warren's Funeral Home, Dildo.
