"LEGGE, Marion (Boone) - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Saturday, December 1st, 2001, Marion Legge of Heart's Delight, aged 92 years. Predeceased by husband William, 1985; son-in-law William Sellars; sisters: Violet McCoombs, Boston and Gertrude Edman, Detroit. Left to mourn two daughters: Violet Sellars, Western Bay, Joyce (Dan) Jerrett, St. John's; brother Walter Boone, St. John's; sister-in-law Gertie Legge, Heart's Delight. Also left to Mourn 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at the S.U.F. Hall, Heart's Delight, until time of funeral. The funeral Service will be held from St. Matthew's Church, Heart's Delight on Tuesday, December 4th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Interfaith Citizen's Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Warren's Funeral Home, Dildo."
