pleased to welcome Aldo Parisi, editor of Tidings magazine, as our special
guest speaker for our June event this year. You will likely have noticed many
recent changes in the magazine, not the least is the change of name! Tidings
is the largest food and wine magazine in Canada. We had such a fabulous event last Fall at Aqua that we are returning again - and the menu looks even more fantastic! Opimian has gained access to many new and exciting wines from Spain, and this tasting will be an opportunity for you to sample some of them. We have some famous regions, such as Rioja, represented, as well as some regions and grape varieties with which you may not be so familiar. This is shaping up to be a very nice evening - I hope to see you there! |
