Greetings all Suzuki String Parents and Guardians!

We're planning a fundraising event to help low-income families participate in our music program.

It will be a fabulous evening with your support.

There's going to be a silent auction, dancing, delicious refreshments and door prizes. But we can't pull it off without everyone's help.

What can YOU do?

1/ Spread the word and sell tickets. The event will be held at the

Masonic Temple (6 Cathedral St.) Saturday, May 27 at 7:30

(Tickets will be distributed later this month and will cost $15 each)

2/ We need donations for the silent auction. It can be baked goods, meal preparation services or lessons, business services - be creative! Business donors will get tax receipts for donations over $50. We need item name, business name, address, item name and value of item for tax receipts, please submit this with your donations. An introductory letter for approaching contributors is attached.

3/ Please make a dessert or an hors d'oeuvre, as refreshments, and drop it off at the Masonic Temple on May 27 after 1 pm

We'll let you know where to drop off items for the silent auction.

Please tell family and friends about the event and plan to attend so that you can join the fun and help this worthy cause.
